About CALONE

What the company does

CALONE places people inside stories. It turns what someone knows, created and lived through into intellectual patrimony — method, work, rights, audience and legacy — and then administers that patrimony under a governance system of its own.

The practice covers three frontiers: Executive Management of careers and estates, Intellectual Governance, and Data Intelligence applied to human behaviour. The company works with specialists, characters and public personalities, and with the organisations that represent them.

Intellectual Patrimony, in three forms

CALONE reads a person’s patrimony as one of three forms. The Specialist holds knowledge. The Character holds a body of work. The Personality holds a trajectory. Each form is identified, organised, protected, directed and perpetuated by the same governance system.

The method

The intelligence method runs in four stages — I, My Story, The Other, Us. It begins with understanding who a person is and what fulfils them, moves through turning that experience into something transmissible, places it at the service of other people and causes, and ends by connecting stories so they produce collective impact.
